1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you may not use this site.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, a qualified research professional or institutional buyer, and that all materials purchased will be used exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, or method-development purposes.
3. Research Use Only
All products sold by Oryntis Labz are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind. Oryntis Labz makes no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, weight-management, performance-enhancement, or health claims regarding any product. Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and for safe handling under qualified supervision.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, or documentation issues. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
5. New-Customer Welcome Offer
$10 off your first order of $75 or more in merchandise. Full terms:
- New customers only — accounts with no previous completed order, including previous guest orders placed with the same email address.
- You must create an account and confirm your email address before the discount can be applied.
- One use per customer. The discount is applied once, to a single order.
- The $75 minimum is measured on merchandise only, after any bundle pricing, and excludes tax, shipping and processing fees.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional or referral discount codes. If another promotion gives you a lower final total, that better offer is applied instead and your welcome discount stays unused.
- Reward points you have earned are unaffected and can still be redeemed as normal.
- The discount has no cash value and is void if the order is cancelled or refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryntis Labz's total liability for any claim arising out of products or services purchased shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Oryntis Labz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery, is the property of Oryntis Labz LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
