What are Oryntis Labz products intended for?+
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, and method-development purposes by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and no medical or therapeutic claims are made.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?+
Published reports are available in the COA Library for recorded products, strengths, and lots. If an exact match is not listed, contact support with the lot printed on the vial to request available documentation.
Where can I find Safety Data Sheets?+

Ordering & Accounts
Who is eligible to order?+
Orders are limited to professional researchers, institutional buyers, and qualified industrial customers aged 21 or older.
Do I need an account to order?+
Guest checkout is supported. Creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, and access prior documentation.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal at secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Oryntis Labz does not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Shipping & Returns
How quickly will my order ship?+
Order by 2 PM ET on a carrier shipping day for guaranteed same-day dispatch. Orders placed later are processed as quickly as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, and we'll email your tracking once it's available. Faster 2-Day and Next Day Air options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
No. We ship within the United States only, to addresses in states and territories we are currently able to serve. We do not ship to other countries.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
