Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 local time on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same business day, subject to documentation verification and product availability.
Shipping Methods
We ship via insured, tracked courier services with temperature-controlled options for sensitive materials. Carriers include FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to most jurisdictions where the import of laboratory reference materials is legally permitted. Buyers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination country and for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Restricted Destinations
Certain countries and U.S. states may restrict the import or sale of specific research materials. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled.
Returns
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Opened, damaged, or temperature-sensitive products are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery to support@syntheticlab.example. We will work with the carrier to resolve insurance claims and arrange replacement where applicable.
